Overview: We are seeking a full-time Account Coordinator to assist in the development and management of integrated marketing, fundraising and communications strategies for our growing client base. The official title for this role upon hire will be Account Representative. If you have strong writing and analytical skills, are an expert multitasker, can support teams effectively and want to put your stamp on creative campaigns that mobilize resources for social good, this job is for you!

This is a temporary, salaried and benefits-eligible position for a limited period ending no later than November 6, 2026. Potential for extension of contract or offer of continued employment following the end date of said contract is not guaranteed, however may be discussed as the end date approaches. Extension of contract or offer of continued employment is contingent upon business need. 
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
Supporting in achieving clients’ fundraising and engagement goals;
Providing top-quality customer service to clients, including attending client meetings;
Reviewing direct mail pieces and other work products throughout the lifecycle of a project to ensure quality;
Working with the data team to assist in managing resources and project timelines and analyzing list acquisition data for new prospecting opportunities
Day-to-day contribution to client relationships and satisfaction.
Managing the basic production process;
Providing timely and accurate responses to client requests (including but not limited to: meeting recaps, procedural requests and copy);
Working to develop marketing objectives into comprehensive tactical implementation project management;
Assisting in the creative process by contributing to brainstorming, conducting research, and scheduling kickoff meetings; and
Understanding basic statistical measures including testing reports, stats, and budget projections.
Must-have qualifications:
One to three years of general work experience, including past internships and part-time work;
Passion for good causes, whether nonprofit, candidate, or other;
Excellent quantitative reasoning skills and ability to apply data to strategic decisions;
Strong attention to detail, particularly with writing and editing;
Ability to juggle and multitask on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment;
Willingness to take initiative and use good judgment to resolve issues; and
Ability to collaborate on a team both internally and externally.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
Experience with a nonprofit, political organization, political campaign,  or interactive marketing company is strongly preferred;
Background in direct mail communications, fundraising and/or marketing is particularly appreciated but not required;
Understanding of direct mail production processes; and
Client management experience is a plus.
Salary
Salary for this role is $55,000 per year. This is a temporary, salaried and benefits-eligible position for a limited period ending no later than November 6, 2026.

Please note: when hired, the official title of this role will be Account Representative.

Location
We are currently working remotely with no return to office date. Applicants may reside in the following states: AZ, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NC, NJ, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, and VA. Due to FL legislation, MissionWired is required to participate in e-verify.
